If you wish to return product for refund within the 30 day purchase period, please go to your Amazon account, go to the list of “Your Orders” and choose the Soraa order to complete the return process with Amazon. 
 
If you are having a technical issue with a Soraa product, please send a note to support@soraahome.comwith your order details and a description of the problem you are having and we will work with you from there to solve the problem or replace the product
